The breakfast was delicious and marvellous, with lots of different options. Location: the hotel was so close to the loch / sea, Oban airport, and the Oban ferries. I spent 2 nights and will be back.

The setting is particularly good and beautiful, near to the Oban ferries as well as Fort William, Glencoe, and the Jacobite Train to Mallaig, Sean and Karen's establishment, and the Highlands. Also, we enjoyed how close it is to The Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary.

New-fashioned and nicely decorated rooms with jacuzzi bathrooms and coffee & tea makers, refrigerators, and glassware. Lovely wonderful location, on west coast. Also - very close to the mountains the other side, Oban airport and farm-forest-lake/loch.

Tastefully decorated room, spacious bathroom, affable staff. Lovely beds, perfect after a long day in Benderloch. Incredible, fantastic location in between the Premier Inn stops. Admirable service, parking on-site.

Luxurious and cozy room with a stunning view of the Loch through a large window. The super king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The hosts asked for residents not to walk on the grass, ensuring privacy without obstructing the beautiful scenery. The warm Jacuzzi bath with Molton Brown cosmetics was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of driving. The warm scone on arrival was a delightful surprise. The gluten-free options provided were greatly appreciated for my partner. I highly recommend this hotel for a special treat.

I stayed here for a weekend and will be back. The hotel was clean with very kind and affable staff, it was the best base for a wedding celebration. Our stay at this high-end luxury B&B was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious and beautifully decorated deluxe double room with breathtaking views over the loch. The celebratory package we added on made our wedding anniversary even more special, with wine, handmade chocolates, and rose petals on the bed. The food was outstanding, and the host and staff were kind and attentive. The set-up for breakfast was stunning, and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with fellow guests. The honesty bar was a nice touch, and getting cuddles from the dog Sam added to the charm of our stay. We can't wait to come back!
The room was too hot with no external ventilation, and the one window was locked. However, the provided Dyson fan helped circulate the warm air.
